Software or Hardware Problems?
Yes there are two sorts of computer problems. They boil down to Hardware or Software.
Hardware problems are when the components of your computer become faulty. These can be because of several things, overuse, miss use, or just general wear and tear. We can fix these for you. If we can't, then we can order the necessary parts and install them for you.
Software problems are when the software on your computer stop working, display errors, slows down your computer or stop your computer working all together. Virus's and adware are also included under this. We can help you bring your computer back to full health.
On Site or Take Away
In most cases we will try to repair your computer there and then. If not then we can take away your computer to our premises and repair it there where we have full access to the necessary tools, equipment and resources to repair your machine and return it back to you when it's ready.
