Terms and Conditions for Computers sold by Wesley Computers
Purchasing
Price of each machine is set by Wesley Computers. Prices may include discount or other offers but Wesley Computers hold the right to cancel or change these offers/prices at our discretion.
Guarantee
All NEW computers come with 1 year guarantee. Any claims must be within 1 year from purchase date. Any faults will first be fixed by Wesley Computers. Any parts that become faulty in the first year will be replaced free of charge by Wesley Computers.
Anything that becomes faulty because of modifications by anyone other than Wesley Computers Staff will null and void your guarantee and we reserve the right to charge you for any work carried out by us.
All REFURBISHED computers do not come with any guarantee, but are checked, cleaned and reset to original settings before purchase.
If a fault occurs in any PC purchased by us which has passed its guarantee date or is a Refurbished, will be fixed by us at a 50% discount to our normal prices.
Licenses
All Computers come with Valid license for all equipment and License. You will receive all License certificates with your new PC.
Disclaimer of Damages
WESLEY COMPUTERS assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of our equipment, even if WESLEY COMPUTERS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price.
